    A service call includes a technician coming to your home and diagnosing the problem, then they will provide an estimate to repair the unit. A service call is charged for any home visit.

    My dryer is taking a long time to dry the clothes compared to when it was new. Why would this happen?

    You might need to check your vent and make sure that you are getting good airflow to where it vents to. If it has good airflow then you may need to call for service.

    I accidentally put an ink pen in my dryer. What can I do to get the ink out of the drum?

    You can try using a Magic Eraser to remove the ink stains in the drum and then wipe with a damp cloth.
