- What is a service call charge?
A service call includes a technician coming to your home and diagnosing the problem, then they will provide an estimate to repair the unit. A service call is charged for any home visit.
- Do you bill your customers?
We do not bill customers, however, we do accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, checks, and cash. Technicians are required to collect the service call at the time of service.
- Do you have a filter for my refrigerator?
We have the majority of most popular water filters in stock. Please call ahead for availability: (843) 238-2023. And if your filter is not in stock, we can order and have it within 2 business days.
- Can I bring my appliance to the shop for repairs?
We do have in-shop service available. Please call ahead before bringing appliances to the shop.
The in-shop diagnostic charge is $40.00 which is due at time of drop off.
