    What is a service call charge?

    A service call includes a technician coming to your home and diagnosing the problem, then they will provide an estimate to repair the unit. A service call is charged for any home visit.

    My bake element is not working. Can you test it for me?

    We can test your range and surface elements for no charge at our shop. We stock many replacement burners and elements. Please have your model number with you in case it’s a non-stocked item. You are welcome to call ahead with model number to see if we have the item in stock.
    The in-shop diagnostic charge is $40.00 which is due at time of drop off.

    How long does it take to have a repairman come out?

    We usually can have a technician come out within 48 hours.
